The OECD is launching a Public consultation - Draft Recommendation on the Role of Government in Promoting Responsible Business Conduct
The draft OECD Recommendation on the Role of Government in promoting Responsible Business Conduct focuses on the part played by governments in the promotion of responsible business practices. It lays out a set of principles and policy recommendations to assist governments and other public authorities in their efforts to establish conditions that will effectively drive, support or promote responsible business practices.
The public consultation is open to stakeholders from all countries (including non-Adherent countries): businesses, industry groups, civil society organisations, trade unions, academia, interested citizens, international organisations, governmental experts, etc.
Please submit your inputs in Word format no later than 16 January 2022 by e-mail to RBC@oecd.org. Inputs can be submitted in English, French or Spanish. Please note that all written submissions will be made publicly available.
