Deputy Permanent Representative
Harry de Wit is the Deputy Permanent Representative. He studied history at the Catholic University Nijmegen. He works for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1983. Among others he worked at the Permanent Representation of the Netherlands in Genève (refugee and migration affairs), as Adviser Kingdom Affairs and as the Central Coordinator of Integrity. He has worked also as Programme Manager Administrative Integrity for the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Before taking office in August 2015 in Strasbourg, he was Deputy Ambassador in Oslo.
