Government Assessment of White Paper on Foreign Subsidies

On 17 June 2020 the European Commission presented a White Paper on levelling the playing field as regards government subsidies from third countries. This assessment sets out the Netherlands’ views on these instruments. The Netherlands welcomes the White Paper and looks forward to legislative proposals on this matter.
