Letter and proposal: Strengthening the Digital Markets Act and its Enforcement

The Netherlands, France and Germany have jointly developed amendments to the Digital Markets Act: the introduction of a tailor-made remediation provision and the reinforcement of the role of national authorities in the enforcement of DMA.
